"We think she's the best cordial maker in Sydney not only because she makes delicious, old school cordial but is one of the few that is committed to using seasonal, local produce and no preservatives."
- KATE WALSH, REAL FOOD
How it started
The original lemon cordial has been in Katie's family for generations. Katie gave a bottle of the original lemon to Alex Elliott-Howrie and James Grant as a 'cafe warming present' when they opened their award winning cafe - Cornersmith Cafe in Marrickville in 2012. Alex and James asked if they could sell the cordial at Cornersmith, and Katie Swift Cordials was on its way. Cornersmith Cafe started selling the cordial and from one, then are now ten flavours.
